Joseph C Hogan & Sons have developed and implemented a Quality Management System accredited to International Quality Standard IS.EN ISO9001:2015 which assists us in our drive for superior levels of customer satisfaction. We received our initial ISO9001:2008 certification of registration from EQA (Ireland) Ltd on 14th January 2014 and a new 9001:2015 certificate on 11th June 2018. An interim surveillance audit was successfully carried out by EQA (Ireland) Ltd in March 2020.
Compliance to this new standard requires a risk-based process oriented approach to business management that enables our organization to determine the factors that could cause its processes, products and/or services to deviate from requirements. This is complimented by a comprehensive approach to issue management integrated with a continuous improvement lifecycle.
