JC Hogan & Sons are providing full quantity surveying services for the OPW on the construction of a new 7 storey (over basement) office building of 6,333m2. The project also includes the restoration and refurbishment of Spruce House, former dispensary building of 445m2. This project is currently at design stage with construction to begin in early 2019.
Ringsend & Irishtown Community Centre – Refurbishment
JC Hogan are currently providing full quantity surveying services on the renovation of the existing Ringsend & Irishtown Community Centre, Thorncastle Street, Ringsend, Dublin 4. This project consists of new floor, ceiling and wall finishes to an existing community centre with upgrading of roof and external wall finishes to meet current building regulations.
Refurbishment of Merrion Road Church Carpark including site lighting and new boundary wall
Completed in May 2014. Replacement of existing car park surfaces, new granite paving, tarmacadam, planters, site lighting and new front boundary wall with ornate railings.

Refurbishment of existing 1500 m2 Church of Our Lady Queen Of Peace, Merrion Rd, Dublin 4. Work commenced in December 2011 and was completed in June 2012. This work involved decoration of existing church, new mechanical and electrical installations, repairs to plaster, insulation works and replacing existing confessional boxes.
