Joseph C. Hogan & Sons Ltd. was established in 1965 working initially on local contracts. The business grew steadily with Joseph’s two sons Dermot and Conor joining in 1977 and 1982 respectively, expanding its interest outside Dublin city to the suburbs, county and eventually the entire Country.

The company has successfully progressed and developed over the years. Projects now range across New Build, Refurbishment and Restoration including Health, Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Educational.

Today the company is managed by Conor P. Hogan who has a strong commitment to quality, good teamwork and professionalism.

The “hands on” individual Director led style management has attributed to the success of the company, coupled with a strong dynamic workforce dedicated to quality and service. Every project is overseen by a Director/Partner from commencement to completion.

Conor Hogan – Director

F.S.C.S.I.,  F.R.I.C.S.,  Barrister at Law.

Conor Hogan has been with the Company since 1982 and is also a qualified non-practicing Barrister at Law and has been involved in dispute resolutions and as expert witness in legal cases. He was appointed in 2016 by the Minister of State for Business and Employment to the Panel of Adjudicators under the Construction Contracts Act.

He is a past President of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in 2007 and was the Chairman of the Quantity Surveyors Division of the Society of Chartered Surveyors from 2002-2003. Conor is also a Chartered Project Management Surveyor.

He represented the Society of Chartered Surveyors in discussions with the Government Construction Contracts Committee in relation to the New Government Forms of Contract.

Conor is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor.

He has been the Partner in charge of  a diverse range of projects – a number of New Toyota Showrooms and services centres for Killeen Properties, fit out projects for Abbott, Baxter Health Care and Phonewatch, Altadore Nursing Home, Boyle Credit Union, Mount Juliet Walled Gardens, Glenard House Restoration, Butlers Court Office/Residential Dublin Docklands, Kingswood Business Park Baldonnell, Unit 2, Ballymount Business Park, John Bosco School and Carysfort National School.

Conor Heeney – Senior Surveyor

BSc (Surv); M.S.C.S.I., M.R.I.C.S,  Diploma Project Management

Since joining Joseph C Hogan & Sons in June 1999, Conor Heeney has gained extensive experience in almost all sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Educational, and Healthcare.

Conor is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor.

Conor has worked as Senior Surveyor with many Clients from both the Private and Public Sector including OPW, HSE, Department of Education as well as Blackrock Clinic, Ashbourne Retail Park and Toyota Showrooms.

Conor has recently completed work on Carysfort NS, Red Door School, Maynooth Train station and is currently working on a new 8 storey office block at Leeson Lane and Drogheda Dementia Daycare Centre.

Anna Hogan – Quantity Surveyor

B.Sc., M.S.C.S.I, M.R.I.C.S

Anna joined the practice in 2018. Previously to the practice she worked in both London and Galway for a top Tier Main Contractor working on both large scale high rise residential developments and complex civil engineering projects.

Since joining the practice, Anna has been involved in both assisting and leading a range of projects including residential, educational, Restorative and commercial projects.
