Cleraun University Study Centre
Alterations and refurbishment to existing Cleraun University Study Centre, Fosters Avenue, Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin . This projectdue to be completed in November 2014 and involves complete stripping out, alterations and refurbishing of existing 1500m2 4 storey building including new bedrooms, en suites, new extensions and associated mechanical and electrical installation.
Refurbishment of Merrion Road Church Carpark including site lighting and new boundary wall
Completed in May 2014. Replacement of existing car park surfaces, new granite paving, tarmacadam, planters, site lighting and new front boundary wall with ornate railings.
Bank Monitoring of Nursing Home Co. Meath
Bank monitoring of new 2400 m2 Windfield Nursing Home in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. Commenced in November and complete in summer 2014. Work involves monthly reporting to Bank on costs, progress, programme, variations and site visits.
Lismullin Educational Facility
Completed in May 2014. New 200 m2 extension to existing Lismullin Conference Centre, Navan, Co. Meath. This project included a new specialist training kitchen fitting along with ancillary rooms, Energy centre, siteworks and drainage.

Baxter Shared Services Office Fit Out
Completed June 2013, Phased office fit out with a total floor area of 1995 m2 of an existing 5 storey office block in Deansgrange Co Dublin. The work compried of demolition, carpeted raised access floors, suspended ceilings, glazed frameless partitions and stud partitions along with mechanical and electrical installations

Completed in 2012. JC Hogans provided Quantity Surveying and legal advice services to Mount Juliet Properties Ltd on the repair and refurbishment to existing 10 no. walled garden houses at Mount Juliet Co. Kilkenny
Toyota Forklift Building Reinstatement
Completed in June 2012, Reinstatement of 1715m2 existing Forklift Warehouse building including offices, boardroom, showroom and canteen following flood water damage at Toyota Ireland, Kileen Road, Dublin 12.
Bru Chaoimhin Refurbishment
Completed in 2012. Refurbishment of existing Bru Chaoimhin Units 2 & 3 at Cork Street Dublin 8.
