Completed in November 2016, Refurbishment and Extension to existing 1400 m2 car showroom, Sandyford, Co Dublin. This included a new 120 m2 glazed extension and refurbishment of existing 1280 m2 two floors of showroom building including new offices, modern showroom and car parking externally .

Carysfort NS – New 5 Classroom Extension
Completed in early 2018 the construction of a new 5 Classroom extension to Carysfort NS, Blackrock Co Dublin. This project involves construction of an additional 5 classrooms over the roof of the existing single storey classroom block and associated siteworks and drainage.
Abbott Pharmaceuticals Liffey Valley – Office Fit Out
Completed in May 2016 Phased delivery office fit out over two floors of an existing five storey office building. Total fit out over 2000 m2 including new floor, ceiling and wall finishes, new glazed partitions and doors along with Mechanical and electrical installations.
Phonewatch Ltd Office Fit Out
Construction began in may 2015 of new 1,900 m2 fit out of an existing office building into new offices for Phonewatch Ltd at Irish Life Centre, Dublin 1.

Office Fit Out – The Guild Building Dublin 8, OPW & Intreo
Completed in February 2015, this project involves the fit out of a 4500 m2 existing seven storey office building on Cork Street, Dublin 8. The client is the OPW and these new offices will house Intreo along with a public area including counters to the ground and first floors.
Baxter Shared Services, Office Fit Out Phase 2
Completed in October 2014, Phase 2 of this office fit out involved a new fit out of a 600 m2 existing 4th floor of existing office building including new partitions, suspended ceilings and flooring.
Bru Chaoimhin Unit 4 External Facade Refurbishment
Refurbishment of existing 2 storey listed Hospital building, including repointing brickwork, replacing existing pitched roof finish, new glazing, footpaths and repairs to damaged lintols. Work carried out to Unit 4 at Bru Chaoimhin HSE Campus, Cork Street, Dublin 8. Construction commencing in November 2014.
