Ringsend & Irishtown Community Centre – Refurbishment
JC Hogan are currently providing full quantity surveying services on the renovation of the existing Ringsend & Irishtown Community Centre, Thorncastle Street, Ringsend, Dublin 4. This project consists of new floor, ceiling and wall finishes to an existing community centre with upgrading of roof and external wall finishes to meet current building regulations.

Refurbishment and extension to existing 50 bed Community Nursing Unit at Belvilla, Dublin 8. This project completed in December 2016 and involved new 800 m2 extension and refurbishment of existing 2,000 m2 nursing home. This is to bring the unit in line with HIQA standard 25.

Bru Chaoimhin HSE, Clock Tower and Roof Renovation 2018
JC Hogan & Sons provided complete quantity surveying services on this roof and clock tower renovation project at Bru Chaoimhin, Cork Street, Dublin 8. The works involved replacement of existing slate roof finishes, lead parapet capping, clock tower repairs and boundary wall upgrade for the HSE. Works were completed in January 2018.
Lexus House Refurbishment, Dublin 12
Completed in September 2017. Refurbishment and extension to existing offices at Lexus House, Killeen Road, Dublin 12. 1000 m2 in total included various infill extensions, new entrance area and facade, new flooring, ceiling and wall finishes throughout to a high standard.
New Toyota Longmile Service Centre, Dublin 12
Completed in September 2017, Project involved the conversion of an existing 1500m2 industrial unit into a new state of the art Motor Service Centre. New offices, workshop areas, carparking and service areas were created along with new cladding and entrance doors all to meet Toyota’s specification.
Citywest Education Together NS 2017
Completed in November 2017, contract included the fit out of 8 new classrooms in an existing building at Citywest, Saggart Co. Dublin. This included fit out of 775 m2 including new partitions, finishes, doors, mechanical and electrical, external windows along with siteworks. Client was Dublin Dun Laoghaire ETB.
