Completed in 2011, JC Hogan & Sons provide Quantity Surveying Services, Capital Allowance Costs and Insurance Reinstatement valuations for Blackrock Clinic. A new state of the art 3 Storey extension to hospital and clinic by addition to top of existing live hospital building of three additional floors for Orthopedic, Cardiac and refurbishment of existing floors with new Energy Centre, Shop, Restaurant Pharmacy and Multi-Storey Car Park was carried out.
A multi storey car park was also built and roof enabling works carried out prior to the new extension in 2008 with JC Hogan providing full Quantity Surveying Services
