Bank monitoring of complete refurishment of existing 1st and 2nd floors and basement at Blackrock Clinic hospital building 4,000m2.
Work commenced in March 2011 and was completed in March 212. Work involved reporting to Bank on a monthly basis with cost reports, site visits, programme reports and monitoring of variations and progress.
