JC Hogan & Sons are providing full quantity surveying services for the OPW on the construction of a new 7 storey (over basement) office building of 6,333m2. The project also includes the restoration and refurbishment of Spruce House, former dispensary building of 445m2. This project is currently at design stage with construction to begin in early 2019.
