New 400 m2 extension to and refurbishment of an existing 3,300m2 x 50 bed Community Nursing Unit, Dublin 8. This project due to commence on site in February 2015 involves anew extension on top of an existing single storey building and refurbishment to existing 4 storey building on an existing Hospital Campus. This is to bring the unit in line with HIQA requirement 25.
