Unit 2 Work commenced in October 2011 and was completed in December 2011. This work involved converting an existing hospital building into a care facility. This involved new finishes, special needs facilities and ramp installation.
Unit 3 Work Commenced in December 2011 and completed in July 2012. This involved converting four storey hospital building into new offices including stripping out kitchens, finishes, partitions, fitted furniture and general demolitions. Also included new fit out of offices, replacing roof finishes and completed replacement of lift, mechanical and electrical services.
